Returns are easy and they're free! You will receive a returns form and free post address sticker with your order. Simply fill out the form. Put it in the re-sealable bag with the product and your receipt. Attach the freepost address label and post the package back to us. It's a good idea to ask the post office for a stamped certificate of posting. Please let us know why you are returning your order so we can put things right. Return the goods to us within 28 days of purchase and allow 7 days for us to process your request. We will then either exchange the item or give you your money back.
